PDF is great for sharing a finished document, but sometimes you need to get the content back out — or push other formats in.
Into PDF
Word, PowerPoint, Excel and images all convert cleanly into PDF, which is the best way to lock a layout so it looks the same everywhere. JPG-to-PDF is handy for turning a batch of photos or scans into a single document, one image per page.
Out of PDF
Converting a PDF back to an editable format works best when the PDF contains real text (not a flat scan). For scanned pages, run OCR first so the text becomes selectable, then convert.
